Vision and Mission Statements

COUNSELING VISION STATEMENT: 

Yorktown High School Counseling Department strives to provide a comprehensive counseling program to support the goal that all students will develop whole self by becoming safe, respectful, responsible, productive members of society. 

COUNSELING MISSION STATEMENT:

Yorktown High School Counseling Department shares with our community the responsibility of creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. This shall include academic, social emotional, and college/career readiness instruction and support to develop life-long learners.  The program partners with stakeholders to advocate for equity, access and success for all.
